Skillsmart Retail yw’r Cyngor Sgiliau Sector ar gyfer Manwerthu.  Rydym yn gweithredu ar draws y DU, ac yn anelu at fod yn brif awdurdod ar ddatblygu a hyrwyddo sgiliau ym maes manwerthu, gan gyfrannu at welliant mewn cynhyrchiant.	Skillsmart Retail is the Sector Skills Council for Retail. Operating throughout the UK, we aim to be the authority for retail skills development and promotion, contributing to improved productivity.

Mae Skillsmart Retail Cymru yn deall ac yn adnabod gofynion unigryw Cymru ac rydym yn gweithio er mwyn datblygu cynnyrch, gwasanaethau, safonau a chymwysterau sy’n cwrdd ag anghenion cyflogwyr Cymru.	Skillsmart Retail Cymru understands and recognises the unique requirements of Wales and we are working to develop products, services, standards and qualifications that meet the needs of Welsh employers.
Mae Skillsmart Retail Cymru wedi mabwysiadu’r egwyddor y bydd yn trin siaradwyr y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg ar y sail eu bod yn gyfartal wrth iddo gynnal ei fusnes cyhoeddus yng Nghymru.    Yn unol â’r egwyddor hon, mae modd cael mynediad at ddogfennau dwyieithog ar wefan Skillsmart Retail i’w llwytho i lawr o’r tudalennau perthnasol.	Skillsmart Retail Cymru has adopted the principle that in the conduct of public business in Wales, it will treat Welsh and English speakers on a basis of equality. In line with this principle, bi-lingual documents on the Skillsmart Retail website can be accessed as downloads from the relevant pages.
Yn unol â Deddf yr Iaith Gymraeg 1993, yr ydym bellach wedi paratoi Cynllun Iaith Gymraeg drafft sy’n nodi’r modd yr ydym yn bwriadu darparu gwasanaethau i’r cyhoedd yn Gymraeg.  Ceir copïau o’r Cynllun, yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg, ar y wefan hon.  Ceir ffurflen sylwadau yn ogystal y dylid ei defnyddio er mwyn cynnig adborth erbyn 8fed Ionawr 2010. Bydd adroddiad llawn yn cael ei baratoi a’i gyflwyno i Fwrdd yr Iaith Gymraeg fel canlyniad ar gyfer derbyn cymeradwyaeth.	In accordance with the Welsh Language Act 1993, we have also now prepared a draft Welsh Language Scheme which sets out how we propose to deliver services to the public in Welsh. Copies of the Scheme, both in English and Welsh, are available on this website. There is also a comment form which should be used for feedback by 8th January 2010. A full report will then be prepared and submitted to the Welsh Language Board for approval.
